This 8-week training program for novice triathletes will prepare athletes for the Massachusetts State Triathlon on July 26th in Winchendon, Mass. Meets Wednesdays (6:30 pm) and Saturdays (8 am). (note that times may vary on weekend slightly earlier or later based on workout/venue of workout) $259.00 early bird rate if you use this code upon checkout: MarshaYEarly Otherwise price is $279.00. As part of this training program, athletes will receive a detailed 8-week training plan aimed at building endurance, skills and techniques. Athletes will also receive expert instruction on various topics such as: how to training using a heart rate monitor, how to change your bike tire, proper technique and proper nutrition, just to name a few.
Marsha and her team leaders pride themselves on creating an extremely supportive environment in which all of our athletes can flourish. We recognize that all team members are individuals with individual needs, and we strive to make this an enriching experience for all.
This is a Heart Zones Coaching program, so you will need to have a heart rate monitor to make this program most beneficial to you.

- Discounted 8-week membership to the Attleboro YMCA for team members. Lap lanes & fitness center open all hours of operation.
- $10 discount to Mass State Triathlon if registered prior to May 15th. Coach Marsha will coordinate this with you once you've registered for the training program.
