The MMRF is thrilled to be invited to be part of the Ironmans elite charity program with entries at the Timberman Ironman 70.3 event. The Swim: fresh water lake. Swim 1.2 miles in clear, blue Lake Winnipesaukee. The Bike: scenic out and back 56 mile course with rolling hills. The Run: 13.1 scenic miles along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee.
