Are you planning on racing a Half Ironman or Ironman Triathlon this season? Now is the time to get your training and nutrition working for you!


Join Cadence’s nationally acclaimed coaches for three days of fully supported, extensive training and clinics. We will discuss swim strategies, bike and run pacing, how to train effectively and recover properly and the most important discipline, nutrition. Coaches will be available to answer any questions that you may have! Don’t risk cramping, bonking or gastric distress!


The Camp will be held Thursday May 7th through the 9th at the site of  the Eagleman 70.3 triathlon. Swims, bike and runs will be done on the Eagleman Course.


This camp is open to all levels from the beginner endurance triathlete to the elite level. 


The Itinerary:


Thursday:  11:00 - Arrival – Camp Intro
  1:00  - Swim Clinic
  2:00 – Swim
  4:00 – 4-6 mile run
  6:00 – Pizza Dinner with evening clinic – Bike Technique/Pacing and Nutrition


Friday:  8:30 – Depart for 56 Mile Ride – Eagleman Course followed by a 30 minute run.
 3:00 – Swim
 4:30 – Clinic – Train effectively, Taper and Race Week Preparation
 6:00 – Dinner (optional)


Saturday: 9:00 – Swim (1 hour)
 10:00 Bike/Brick (30 miles followed by a 30 minute run)
 1:00 – Depart


The camp includes coaching, lectures and pizza/salad dinner on Thursday evening. Athletes are responsible for all other cost including transportation to and from camp, accommodation (group rate available) at Comfort Inn, Cambridge, MD and food. Please note that a free continental breakfast is offered at the Comfort Inn.


Recommended accommodations: Comfort Inn  - Block of rooms with special pricing ($86.95 per night plus tax – double occupancy)  or the Holiday Inn Express
