Course Information:
Starting in the fresh water of the Housatonic river, swim the 1.5k loop from the sandy shores of the park and then transition in the grassy fields. The bike course is very smooth clockwise single loop with many long stretches of straight away biking. Bike along the Housatonic River with fast flats and then head back into the hills of Shelton. Race up through the business district along a very fast rolling hills of Bridgeport Ave and then head into the scenic area of Huntington. Speed back towards Indian Well State Park on a very fast 1+ mile descent and then back into the park. Transition in the grassy fields and then run along the scenic shaded Indian Well Road and The Maples for a 10k run and then finish along the shore.
