4 participants begin together every 15 minutes. Race number will be written on your arm (no race bibs). 10-minute swim in pool 7-min transition 20 minute spinner bike ride 5-min transition 15 minute treadmill run Combined total of pool lengths, bike distance and running distance is declared the winner. RECOVERY ROOM with bagels, fruit and drinks. AWARDS LUNCH Participants meal is provided. Family and friends may RSVP and buy additional plates for $5 each.
Awards information1BBQ Awards Lunch included @ 12:00 noon! Awards given for Overall, Masters and Teen; Male and Female; 1st-3rd Place. Family members who are non-participants may eat for $5 each.
