all their own while benefiting leukemia
& lymphoma research. Enjoy the swanky style of a uniquely
feminine mud run founded on fitness and FUN.
Give your balance and determination a workout with a variety of military-ish
obstacles designed for a fabulous challenge. After navigating the creatively
crafted obstacle course, pick up your valet-checked bag and head to the LoziLu Salon
for a Superwoman shower and changeover...LoziLu knows a good party!
If LoziLu seems too intense or you are looking to add amazing variety to your
strength routine, LoziLu Training has you covered with free email workouts. Designed

Course Information:
With 10-12 obstacles on creatively crafted trails there is never a dull moment during LoziLu. Each obstacle requiring strength or courage is crafted to be accessible to a variety of fitness levels, and every obstacle is optional if your nerves get the best of you. LoziLu hosts three on-course Party Oases with water to ensure you stay hydrated, along with music to keep your energy flowing. Plus, dance party on-course? Why not!
