2013 Newington Bicycle Indoor Triathlon at Eastern Connecticut State University:
Course Information:
The swim will be 20 minutes long with a 15 minute transition period afterwards
The bike will be 20 minutes long (please bring your own bike, we will provide trainers that will track mileage)
There will then be a 10 minute transition to the run
The run will be 20 minutes long as well
All athletes will be given their own sponsor to help them transition through all the events and to keep track of all results!
