2013 Bob's Gym One Hour Indoor Triathlon:

  • Bob's Gym One Hour Indoor Triathlon is perfect for all ability levels.
  • You have no need to worry if you're able to swim, bike or run a particular distance. Rather than racing over a fixed distance, you race for the greatest distance within the time frame.
  • This triathlon takes everyone an hour no matter how fast they are!
  • You receive a score based on the distance you complete.

    • Course Information:


    Swim - 15 minutes in 25 meter pool

    Swim to bike transition - 10 minutes

    Bike 15 minutes on stationary bike ("spin bike")

    Bike to run transition - 5 minutes

    Run - 15 minutes on treadmill

    Directions:



    Dual Locations:

    Newburgh Location - 8120 Highpoint Dr. Newburgh, IN 47630

    North Location - 8700 N. Kentucky Ave., Evansville, IN 47725

  • You will choose the location you are participating at on your entry form.
  • Both locations are considered the same event and will be scored together.
  • Results will be posted shortly after the last wave is complete at both locations.
  • Awards may be picked up at your convenience.
