Tri-Now KIDS was developed to provide quality and safe training for kids in the sport of triathlon with the emphasis on fun! Our goal is to teach young athletes the fundamental skills needed to achieve their training goals.

-Coached workouts in swim, bike & run - Every Sunday and vaired Saturdays
-practice tri before race
-written training schedule
Program kicks off with first workout Mar 10th @ 3:30PM
Tri-Now KIDS 8 week training will focus on proper skills, efficient movement and healthy lifestyle habits within the camaraderie of a group. The program will be geared toward a specific race that we will attend as a team! Program open to youth ages 6-14.
