The Tri Faster Swim Training program offers structured, effective swim workouts that get results. They are appropriate for triathletes, Masters swimmers, and lap swimmers who want to make the most out of their workout time.
Practices are supervised by experienced on-deck swim coaches. You will enjoy challenging workouts, stroke feedback from the coaches, and a wonderful 8-lane pool that will allow you to train with others that are your speed.
Wednesday workouts are focused on endurance based sets geared towards triathletes and distance swimmers. Some days may include pulling and kicking sets as well as the optional use of non freestyle strokes.
Prerequisite: Swimmers must be able to swim 100 yards or meters non-stop freestyle with an ability to swim with your face in the water and utilize rotary breathing (taking a breath to the side). Tri Faster is happy to provide private instruction by appointment for athletes who are working towards this prerequisite.
